Payment Options

YOU HAVE A FEW PAYMENT OPTIONS

My current rate is $135 per 55 minute session. For insurance billing, please see below. I offer a sliding scale for anyone in need.

You can pay with cash or by check. You may use an HSA check or debit card.

You may save a credit or debit card through your client portal for autopayment, and your bill will be automatically paid the night after a session. Clients are automatically set up for autopay initially. If you would like a different payment option, please just let me know. I’m glad to adapt and support.

Finally, you can pay by card on this website. However, please know that Washington State now charges sales tax for any transactions on this website.

Insurance

I only accept the following insurances: Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, First Choice, First Health, Lifewise, Premera, Regence, Kaiser Permanente and HMA. For insurance payments, you will need to fill out your full insurance information, include a photo of your insurance card, and let me know that you plan to use insurance. If you have a copay or deductible amount leftover, it will be charged to your credit card unless you would like to pay another way.

Out of Network

Out of Network reimbursements mean that you pay me in full, then submit what you paid directly to your insurance company. They may reimburse you for a portion of what you paid.

Questions to ask your insurance provider:

·    What are mental health insurance benefits?  

·    What is my deductible and has it been met?

·    What are my out of network benefits?  

·    How much will be covered per session?

·    How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

·    Is approval required from my primary care physician?
